Return Policy

GoTaxi primarily provides ride-hailing services and does not involve the sale of physical goods. However, for merchandise or promotional products sold via GoTaxi’s store, the following return policy applies.

  1. Visit the Orders section in the app.
  2. Select the product and click Request Return.
  3. Our support team will schedule pickup or provide a return address.

3. Refund for Returned Items

Refunds are initiated after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days post-approval.
